Customer Services

ECF sees customer services as an extension of our Product and Service offering, something to be reviewed, developed and continually improved. Over recent years our dedicated Customer Services Team have worked alongside all facets of our business in order to build upon the high levels of customer service we already aim to provide.

As a result of tracking queries raised by our customers and reviewing them on a regular basis, we have been able to identify areas where we can make significant improvements. This pro-active approach has led to the implementation of many new initiatives (e.g. the appointment of DPD to carry next working day deliveries for components) and procedures, enhancing our service levels and providing further benefits to our customers. It is our aim on an ongoing basis to continuously review and improve our service to our customers.
