Matt Hall, ECF National Sales Development Manager reflecting on the many exciting changes at ECF during the last twelve months e.g the appointment of DPD to provide advanced carrier services, the launch of new products and services, increasing numbers of new customers and more recently the introduction of MyECF has led to the publishing of a new "Trading with ECF" statement.
Matt says "Reflecting on a period of significant change and direct feedback from our customers, the Trading with ECF statement replaces the many documents that have evolved during over recent years. ECF now has in one document the information our customers need to understand how we do business".
Matt also commented "we are working hard to simplify our business and continually improve our services to customers. We are excited about our immediate product plans. increasing levels of customer interaction to identify of we can further meet their needs and the introduction of MyECF. A single and shared view of how we trade is the essential basis of the relationship we have with our customers and enabling them to grow and succeed with ECF".
